How do you get rid of fruit flies?

How do you get rid of American cockroaches, the large black ones?

Getting rid of American cockroaches can be easier than German cockroaches.  Exclusion and sanitation are two primary methods of American cockroach control that don’t involve chemicals.  After that consider pyrethroid sprays, insect growth regulators, and borate-based baits. What do bed bugs look like?

How do you get rid of roaches?
